Randy and Roger are accommodating, professional, and hardworking men. They were on time to both our consultation and service appointments and very communicative about what they wanted to do to clean our backyard, and I wish I could’ve taken a before-and-after post to show you all the difference they made on the grout and stones. Their methods did not leave my backyard smelling of chemicals nor were they loud; I work from home and was able to do so without any distractions from them. Randy also went above and beyond by volunteering to come back and work on some extra tough rust stains that didn’t come out the first time. They are people who take pride in their work and don’t charge an arm and a leg for it. Although we don’t think we’ll need their services any time soon, we will be regular clients of Tiki’s SoftWash.
